Mortgage Loan Officer:
Job Description Summary: A mortgage loan officer is responsible for soliciting, pre-qualifying and negotiating loan terms for mortgage loan applicants. The mortgage loan officer will shop the loan through over 60 approved lenders to locate the best fit for the borrower. The mortgage loan officer will then prepare a good faith estimate reflecting the terms selected and turn in a completed loan application for processing by our experienced processing staff. The mortgage loan officer will follow up on the package as needed to guide the loan through successful closing. Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and affiliated services while building a referral base will insure a successful career. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a 6 figure income and independently manage your time. Pay is commission only. On going training and a tremendous depth of back office experience and support is available. Medical and 401K benefits are available for full time employees. The ability to work from home through technology is available. For those who work better in an office we have a very nice space in a Class A building with a private gym. A desk (not shared), fax, copier and computer with high speed internet is all provided. Real Estate License is not necessary.
